    Hi Christoph, 1st of all thanks for your contribution. Normally we require either the entire core plugin translation or all add-ons (1 or the other total approx 2000 strings). German was mostly translated and you submitted less than 200 strings (10%) which are not enough for a free membership.

    thanks for feedback!
    Finding some 0% untranslated plugins and bring it to 100% is quite impossible to find. At least for German language.
    The core plugin currently left ~75 Strings untranslated for german. So impossible to reach 2000 strings.
    This would mean for you: Most probably you will not find volunteer who tranlsate only some strings for free. Means for you, you will have some untranslated strings for long time.
    So just in my humble opinion there should be a trade off for tranlating the strings.
    Have you ever thought about giving e.g. 4 month subscriptions for free in case of ~500 Strings.
    I feel the rule you mentioned above is not very clear to everybody. Make it clear in the top post please.
    If I would have known this from the begining I would even have translated one string to be honest.
    Sorry to say, but I’ve quite limited time and don’t translate some thinks just of fun.

    Additinoally: To make a reasonable translation the link to the source code might be helpful. This is broken.

    Hi Christophe,

    users normally translate the project because they need it for their website. Not to get free membership.

    You just needed to read the first post of this topic to know that such a small contribution wouldn’t have got you anything for free.

    thanks for your contribution. We require approximately 2000 strings translated for a 12 months subscription, you contributed 474 strings.

    We can provide 3 months free for a similar contribution. Let us know when you current membership expires and we will extend it for an extra 3 months.

    So if you translate the core you get 1 year free. and if you translate all the addons you get 1 year free … so you can get 2 years free…?

    Am I right?
