is it possible for me to supply widget codes to other website like trip advisor? For example, business websites add widget to show their reviews on trip advisor.

That is not possible for the moment.
You could add your idea to the Feature request list and if enough users vote for it, it might be added to the roadmap.

How do I add requests? I can’t see any button that will allow me to add requests.

Hi,

if you don’t see the button, it means that you already used your 5 votes for this month. Once you’ll have new votes to assign, you’ll be able to add new requests too.
