    If you made a new purchase, your keys may have changed.

    No, I’ve not made a new purchase! I had no idea this site even existed. This is getting so confusing to keep up with! Where / how do i add this new license key?

    I added my site to the list and although it took the url, the site is still showing that the license keys are outdated after refreshing. Please explain what needs to happen…?

    Have you installed this plugin? https://wpeasyupdates.com/ You need this to enable auto updates.

    Please post URL and WP admin details in a private reply.
    Most likely you have some very old plugins that will need manual updates.

    Hi Guust, that did the trick! Had to add in the license key, then activate and then it allowed updating.
