I have a valid license but I am getting Update Fail – Unauthorized when I try to update any of the add-ons (i.e., GeoDirectory Claim Manager). The main Geodirectory update worked fine but none others.

Please advise on next steps.

Hi,

at the moment your license is only active for sleepcertified.sleepdev.com/members.

Make sure to activate it for the live domain in case that’s no longer in development.

You’ll need to deactivate and add them again.

hi,

you don’t need to re-install the plugin. Simply go to GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates / Licensing and deactivate all licenses (they are there just because you moved the website, bt are not active for this domain).

Finally copy the license key again in each field and activate them, yo ucan find them here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/

Unfortunately I cannot do that for you, unless you provide access to your website backend, but it’s really something you should be able to do by yourself.
