Untick certain posts for overall rating?

Now all my listings have the rating possiblity.

Is it possible to untick the overall review possibility for certain listings/categories? Bit still keep the comment possibility?

Let’s say I would like to have the possibility to let users rate listings for shops, events and hotels – but NOT for listings on movie theaters. But they can comment (without rating) on movie theaters.

Actually I dont need multiratings, but would like to choose wich listings have the rating possibility – and wich not!

Is that possible? even without the multirating add-on?
