    Hello,

I just updated the Geodirectory V1.6.11 to V1.6.15.
As the previous update translations have disappeared.
In addition, at the end of this update, the extension was disabled by itself.

    Best regards
    Patrick

    Hi,

if you are losing the translations after updates, it is because you are not saving them in the correct folder as Guust told you last time: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/problems-after-new-update/#post-317162 (please don’t ignore it again)

For example, the core plugin translation file must be saved here: yoursite.com/wp-content/languages/geodirectory/geodirectory-fr_FR.mo

If you save it there you will not lose it again.

You can check this page to know where to save each translation file: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translating-addons/

For the plugin deactivated after update, I’ve tested in 4 websites now in 4 different servers and I can’t recreate it.

Can you please tell us step by step how are you updating your plugins?

    Let us know,

    Thanks

    Hello
Sorry but I had read in full the post of Guust
    I understood.
For the update, I went in Extensions then I clicked on update, that’s all
    After, core Geodirectory disabled

    Best regards
    Patrick

    Hi,

I just tried updating from the plugin page instead of the update page in 2 different website and the plugin stayed active.

We cannot fix what we can’t recreate. Next time we have an update, if you want we can try doing it for you to verify this issue.

    Thanks
