I want to make it easy for my customers to upgrade their listing. However, when they claim their listing, they’re not automatically made the owner of that listing. And, since they’re not the owner (even though they’ve claimed the listing), they cannot upgrade it.
To open a new support ticket, first select the relevant forum and then click the "New Post" button.
