    Hi Guys
My invoice nr for my purchase is #333836

When i try to update i get the following message “Update Failed: Update package not available. GeoDirectory: Please make sure your licence keys are active GD>Auto Updates.”
The site was working fine a week ago, why would the license keys be changing?
    Regards
    Carel

    Hi Carel,

Could you please try clearing the version numbers in GD Tools > Clear all GD Version Numbers and see if it works? http://prntscr.com/eeay31

    Thanks!

    Hi,

your licenses are currently all inactive.

What you need to do is go to GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates / Licensing, add and activate all the license keys that you find here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/carel-ballackgmail-com/downloads/

Once that done your plugins will auto update without problems.

Let us know how it goes,

    Thanks

That is great thanks, one concern though . . . . .why would they all be inactive?
Have they never been activated or do they need to be re-activated monthly?

I’m not 100% sure they were all inactive to be 100% honest with you, I may have looked into the wrong screen.

I see for example the the Location Manager is active for this website: pqrsafrica.com

Is that were you are trying to update and having problem? Or did you just activated it?

    Let us know,

cool thanks, i have actually just activated all of them.
And have managed to do the updates successfully. This may explain why i have not been able to get the platform to work the way i wanted it to.
There are some settings that i needed to change and for some or other reason i coudlnt get them to change. I suppose this may have been the reason.

One of those items is to remove the “link installation” when listing a new business. I find that guys drop out once they have registered/signed in, because the listing process is too confusing and i need to simplify it.

Will try to make the changes and let you know if i need any additional support thanks
