An error occurred while updating GeoDirectory Claim Manager: Download failed. UnauthorizedWP easy Updates also seemed to be having problems but I deleted that and reinstalled it.
August 18, 2018 at 12:33 am #442899Did you change domain for your site by any chance? If you did, you will need to de-activate and re-activate your license keys.
Can you post your URL and WP admin details please, if we need to check your settings. Thanks

This is the error: ob_end_flush(): failed to send buffer of zlib output compression (0) in /home/goodloca/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3743I’ll get a developer to have a look at this issue too, they may have a solution, but it seems to be a conflict with one of your other plugins.
Thanks

August 20, 2018 at 6:34 am #443131I don’t know. Guust had a go at it Saturday I think and managed to make it work. I have noticed on a few occasions in recent weeks that we would get 3 or four plugins showing as “update” required. We would “update” them but they would then recur – sometimes on the same day. The common factor was always one of them was the WP Update plugin you use. I actually uninstalled and reinstalled that at the weekend because I could not get it to update.
On a separate issue, we have the integration with WP Bookings loosely implemented but working very well and we will get it better. Do you have an email address I can send you more information on?
August 20, 2018 at 6:39 am #443133I just tried to update claim manager and got the following:
Updating Plugin GeoDirectory Claim Manager (3/3)
Downloading update from https://wpgeodirectory.com/edd-sl/package_download/MTUzNDg4MDIxMjo2MzNmZTlmZjJhZDBlNWQzMjNmNWFlYTZkMDJlZjU0YTo2NTA5ODozZDllZWEyYmU3MmU5NGNjNjFmYjZiZWQwYzU5ZDcxODpodHRwc0AvL2dvb2Rsb2NhbGx5LmNvbTow…
An error occurred while updating GeoDirectory Claim Manager: Download failed. UnauthorizedThis is a multisite which I think was previously on goodlocalevents.com
I am not sure if that makes a difference.
August 20, 2018 at 7:02 am #443135OK i think i found the issue, your account has two emails one ending in .com and one in .co.uk, one account had a bunch of expired licences which seemed to be causing the issue.
If you have any further problems just let me know.
Thanks,
Stiofan
