I am having a hard time getting the plugins updated. I click on the update button and it updates the first one but then I go to the next one that needs to be updated and it says update failed:undefined…but if I reload the page I can then update the next one.

Also I went to my autoupdate settings and keep trying to change the password so it matches my account here and I click save and it goes back to the old password – not sure if that has anything to do with the updating the plugins manually.

    thanks
    Julie

    HI Julieo,

you are the second member having this exact problem which raise a red flag.

Would you mind waiting tomorrow for Stiofan to have a look directly so that we can solve this problem for you, but also for anyone else in the future?

On all our websites auto updates went through without problems, so we are unable to solve what we can’t recreate and I believe this has to do with the server configuration.

We would need a URL, wp-admin and FTP credentials.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

Julie, about the password saving incorrectly, that is not a problem itself.
Once you save your password, the password field in admin will always only show 8 characters regardless of the length of your real password, but your password will be saved correctly.

For the update problem, Stiofan will be able to help if you post the details Paolo asked for.
