    Hello,

    We have put in a task to look at the issues with map icon styling in the gd_categories as used in the Supreme featured aera. This is a complex widget that has undergone many changes in V2 and Supreme v2 specifically. We will report back here with an update about it the improvements.

    For the home page sidebar, have you tried changing the page template?

    For BuddyPress features, please review their docs. When you want to adjust BP Menus, check in
    WP – Appearance – Menus
    If you do not see the BP options, then check the screen options to show them.
    Once you see them you can add the links to your menu

    Hi,
    Okay, please do get back to me on the icon issue.

    I figured the Sidebar…and as I tried to add the list of categories as with the old theme, they are showing awkward, with some grey background and cut off with space on the side…see screenshot.

    As far as the login menu link, I was asking about the one that comes with the theme. It used to be in the right upper corner My Account and a pop-up would appear to login or register. Now, this is not there. How can I put it back there? And as I remember there was an option to select that menu to connect to Buddy Press. I do not want just a BP login link. I liked the one that came with the old theme. Please advise. Thank you!

    I see in your theme Demo that the login and registration go to a page gd-login, but I do not have that page now after installing the V2.. Why is that?

    The My Account menu in the top right of Supreme has been removed in V2.
    The gd-login page has been removed from GeoDirectory in V2.

    The screenshot of the gd_categories widget is the current default display. We have created a task to work on the display options for the widget and will report back. That is actually the same element as the front page, but the front page one is styled to look differently within the Supreme theme.

    Hi Alex,

    It is too bad that you guys have removed the gd-login. It was working just fine with the old setup and now it is causing us troubles and delays. The current login goes to WordPress and the registration goes to our custom BP registration for the main site from the Network – it is not supposed to be like that as it is meant for two different types of users. Can we add the old setup somehow? Or any other suggestions?

    Thanks for the info on the categories widget. Advanced options would be great. I would like to be able to remove the grey background as it doesn’t fit the theme colors. Also, the cutting off of the text should be resolved as well. And removing the count if needed.

    If you will suggest the UsersWP plugin, I just installed and tested it..it is good but not working for us because we are using BuddyPress and the users are connected within the network.

    We removed everything that could be done with another plugin built for that purpose.

    UsersWP can be used just for the login page for example, or you could use any login form plugin available on wp.org https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/login/.

    Hi Alex, Thanks for the link. Changing the slug fixed the issue.
    I noticed one issue though… When I am under a specific location and click on the advanced search, the drop down with the options is cut off. See screenshot.
