Why doesn’t clicking on the author link go to the profile page?
Be sure to tick “Link blog author link to the BuddyPress profile link”
GeoDirectory – Settings – BuddyPress – Link blog author link to the BuddyPress profile link
Buddypress has a conflict with V2 search. The fix is to rename the search page slug to anything except “search”. We have reported the issue to BP but so far they say they won’t fix it from their side.
To rename the slug, check the image below, where you can see the permalink has been changed to “searchx”. It is not necessary to change anything else like the page title or the page content.
