    Hello,

    If the claim listing button is marked as required, then it must be checked; when checked, the claim listing button will not show up.

    If you are creating listings for other organizations you can make a different user the author of the listing. You will need to give them the author role and then you can use the screen option in the listing to expose the author field in the listing where you can then select the user.

    If you have SMTP email setup then the test email should work. Do you receive test emails from your SMTP plugin? If not, contact the plugin author for support.

    The process appears to work as expected. I did not receive an error or warning about leaving the site.

    Thanks for your patience folks!

    I am out of office until next Monday. Please do not close this topic until then. I will disable the claim listing plugin and run some tests next week. Will keep you informed how everything goes.
