Multiple layers of problems here ~

I had a list of 12 Plug-ins which needed to be updated

Tried the Bulk action “Update –> Apply” – 4 of the 12 updated and the other 8 gave the error code indicated in the Topic Title:

    Upload Failed: Download Failed. Unauthorized

Went to each – Deactivated the license codes and reloaded the license codes from my Downloads, which was a tedious process, but resulted in all but 2 Plug-ins being successfully updated.

The 2 that I couldn’t get updated were:

    GeoDirectory Claim Manager
    GeoDirectory Review Rating Manager

Because I don’t have them in my list of downloaded plug-ins.

When I click on the “View version X.X.X details” link, I get taken to the respective homepages for the plug-ins, and both of them say “included in membership.”

The only way I can see to add them is to put them in my cart and checkout – Which is asking for me to pay.

I have a paid membership and it’s current.

Where do I go to download these plug-ins without paying?

They should be available within https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/

Let us know if you don’t see them.

You can try Easy Updates for manul updates, more here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/useful-plugins/#easy

    OK, Follow-up ~

    1. GeoDirectory Review Rating Manager – That one is in my list, but it’s named “MultiRatings and Reviews”

I deactivated the license for this one and copy/pasted the license info from my list at /your-account – Then got an error saying there was an update available. Went back to my list at /your-account, verified that the zip file was the latest version, downloaded it, uploaded it to my plug-ins and it works now.

    2. GeoDirectory Claim Manager – That one is also in my list, but it’s hard to ID because it’s named “Claim Listings,” so it was hard to reconcile. I had to click on “View Details” to see that Claim Manager in the description is actually called Claim Listings as the plug-in.

I went to my list at /your-account, verified that the zip file was the latest version, downloaded it, uploaded it to my plug-ins, and now it’s good to go.

Updating the names for horizontal QC would probably not be a bad idea – Words mean things, and all…

Thanks for the assist – I really appreciate how efficient you guys are here in the support forum!

Great! Glad you got it working.

Updating names would involve many changes for existing users, but it is something we have on the list for the future.

Thanks, and write back if you have more questions!
