March 6, 2019 at 1:16 pm #472934Hi Andrea,
The FTP credentials seem invalid. Could you please double check? Or could you login to your FTP and deactivate the Ninja Forms plugin by renaming the plugin folder?
Thanks!

I tried several combinations but was unable to login via FTP.March 7, 2019 at 12:51 pm #473334I have my website up and running again and am still on with WP to sort access to dashboard. Domain Host has confirmed that the error that occured is due to your plugins. There are a number of upgrades available. I always upgrade as soon as they come through thinking this was good practice. I wont be upgrading for some time. If i leave it a while errors associated that cause me down time in excess of a day will hopefully be eradicated.
I feel it important to share with you that i would rather wait longer for upgrades and benefits that eventually come with them if the result is that greater due diligence is carried out before imposing on your customers and their businesses. Please share this feedback with management.March 7, 2019 at 3:51 pm #473371Hi Andrea,
Thanks for your reply and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble. Will definitely share this with the team. Anyway, the issue that you experienced earlier has been fixed in the latest update.
Thanks!
March 7, 2019 at 4:02 pm #473380so is it safe to update?
March 7, 2019 at 9:35 pm #473457Hi Andrea,
when dealing with open source software, themes and plugins from 3rd party developers, it’s really impossible to say if it is 100% safe to update.
That’s why it is good practice to setup a staging site identical to the live website.
If you need to add new features adding new plugins, perform updates and so on, you 1st test in the staging website and only if everything goes smoothly you do the same on the live website.
This is the only way to be 100% safe.
Thank you!
