Urgent – Updates failed – removed access to website

    Hi Paolo
    i am surprised that you haven’t asked what has happened in the interests of development. to let you know WordPress cant rewind the site to a date when it was operational because of the errors which occurred and in the process of the website trying to update to your plugins. In the process Cloud play redirected the hosting of the site to them. No idea who these are. have they attached a bug to your upgrades?
    i am in the process now of rebuilding the website from scratch. I will be setting up a staging site now. I didn’t do this immediately as i relied on the word press rewind option. It is the data from GD which it cant capture and reinstall.
    This may not be 100% but do you agree that this is extreme. I am curious are other developers experiencing similar problems. i will appreciate your honesty.
