    Hi there,

I know there are lots of posts on the subject of registration and adding listings but none seem to address what I am having trouble with.

We are building a site that lists food producers in a certain region. We are trying to set it up so that these producers can create a login and manage their GD listing, also so new producers can sign up and add a listing/place.

What is the best way to go about this? GD Login Widget? BuddyPress? We don’t necessarily want to create a “social network” on the site which makes me think BuddyPress isn’t the right solution.

Also related to this issue: I am having trouble with the formatting on the “Add New Place” page. Please see Screenshot #1. The map is not appearing, and the text overlaps in multiple places making it difficult to read and fill the form.

Furthermore, I am having issues with the Listing Claim Manager. It is enabled and as far as I know all the settings are correct, yet there is no option to claim a listing on a place’s page.

I know this is a lot, I am happy to address each issue individually.

    Thank you.

Just adding the GD Loginbox widget should allow registrations etc.
Or you can have a look at our new beta plugin: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/userswp-beta-gd-integration-uwp-recaptcha/ which will give you as much or as little control over the registration process as you like.

The map usually does not appear because you have not set up your Map API correctly, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/add-google-api-key/

If you post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply, we can check your settings if you like.

    Thanks

The latitude and longitude of your default location was not set to decimal, you had added it as degrees: FIXED.

You had disabled GD > Design > Detail tab > “Disable User Links section”
The claim button should now be back.

    Thanks
