    Hi Team,

I’m wondering if there’s a way to discount the first year of membership using woocommerce coupons.

I have some members who will sign up for the full package and some members who already have ‘part’ of the full package (through a different subscription) and I want to roll them into one, all-inclusive membership (using GeoDirectory package). is there a way to discount those who already have PART of the package?

    Here’s more detail…

    We have 3 plans
    1) Free ($0)
    2) Extended Listing ($50/yr)
    3) Extended Listing + Publication ($90/yr)

The Premium GD package is a listing membership + a yearly (physical) publication mailed to them on a quarterly basis.

When we launch this thing, some members will be interested and will want to sign up for the Premium Listing package, but are already getting the publication (and may have already paid for a full year and happen to be only a few months into that billing cycle). We are looking for a way to discount their FIRST year so that uppon their first RENEWAL they will get charged the full price (the full price being the listing and the publication).

    ALTERNATIVELY:

is there a way to get them onto the Extended plan and then upgrade them to the Extended + Publication plan later and prorate the difference?

    SAID ANOTHER WAY:

sorry to keep going on this, but really want to be clear what we’re asking and why…

The publication is $50/yr and delivered every quarter. essentially $12.50 per issue. If “John” signs up for the publication on Jan 1st 2019 (not the listing membership) and then wants to sign up for the website listing membership on May 3rd 2019 he’s already received one issue.. So, is there a way we can discount his first year of membership by $12.50 and have it renew at the full $90 the FOLLOWING year?

    Thank you! Sorry so long!

The Pricing Manager is only to set prices for listings, nothing else.
You may be able to give the user a WC coupon manually depending on the discount you want to give.

    Thanks
