    Hello,

I would like to use the Search & Listings page layout (as seen here – https://wpgeo.directory/supreme-directory/places) on another theme not created by GeoDirectory. How can this be achieved? I didn’t see any page template for this layout.

    Thanks,
    Ethan

We offer an option for the GD Map to make it ‘sticky’. You can find the option for sticky in the GD Map element options.

With some additional custom CSS you can get an approximation of that behavior. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hello,

Where can I access GD Map element options? I can’t find any documentation about setting up a sticky map. Would you mind walking me through it?

    Thanks,
    Ethan

Use the shortcode builder to see all the options.

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/shortcode-builder/

You can see the option in the screenshot attached

    Hello Alex,

Thanks for the fast response. I do see the option in GD Map Element Options, however when I selected it and added it to the ‘location’ page, it doesn’t reflect the sticky behavior on the front end. Please see this page – https://www.legaljack.com/location – in fact, you’ll notice the map doesn’t load at all sometimes. I got it to load once, but then when I refreshed the page, it gave me this error message – “Google Map Not Loaded. Sorry, unable to load Google Maps API.”

Note, I went though the steps to create a new Google Maps API, and it sometimes works but most of the time, the map doesn’t load. So there are 2 issues I’m facing –

    1) getting the map to load without issues
    2) getting the map to look like the map on this page – https://wpgeo.directory/supreme-directory/properties

Can you please assist with setting this up? I can provide temporary WP access if that will help speed things up. Let me know.

    Thanks,
    Ethan

There are several errors on the page, but, the Google API is throwing:

You have included the Google Maps JavaScript API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.

Try removing API keys from other plugins or the theme. You should only have to enter the API key into GeoDirectory and then other plugins and themes can make use of that.

If that doesn’t work please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply so we can take a look at the settings.

    Thanks

    A
