V2 search error: id is missing

    I’ve looked through the forums and I’ve seen others with this error but their answers didn’t help.

    I’ve changed the Search page tag to: [gd_search post_type=”gd_place”] but it still tries to include all posts and not just our places.

    Does this feature come with v2 out of the box, or do I need an add-on?

    Hello

    I have temporarily removed gd_post_content because pages are showing in the search results.

    The developers will need to take a look to find out the problem with the theme.

    They will need FTP. Please post FTP so they can debug the issue.

    Hi Paul,

    I havnt seen the id missing issue.

    but the other issue related to search coming from Relevanssi plugin.
    This plugin overriding Geodirectory search and forcing it too load all post types post.

    If you need that plugin for any reason. You can look for customizing it or ask Relevanssi plugin support for any option to disable the post types from search.

    Please check the below screensort seems all post types are included in search.

    Thanks Naveen – disabled Relevanssi and its all working as expected.

    We’ll see if we can live without their plugin.
