Hi, is there a way to keep track of visits to a page (besides google analytics) so that we can give feedback to a customer about their performance (maybe even including the IP’s that visited its page)?

    Thanks

    Hi Eduardo,

Sorry, I don’t really have any other recommendation besides Google Analytics as it provides almost everything you need to keep track of a Website or a page. Do you know that GD is integrated with Google Analytics? Check out this section of the documentation as it explains how it works. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-core-plugin-google-analytics/ .

    Thanks!

Kor, how can I be certain analytics is well setup? I migrated to SSL (https) and I don’t know if I have to change the current keys because it doesn’t show any error but what I have tested seems that is not showing current info/users or last week visits.

    Thanks,
    Eduardo

Does it show any visits in the Google analytics account? In thory changing to SSL for analytcis doesn’t change anything because they use their code to track the visits, that is in your website and it doesn’t hcange if the websit is https or http.

    Thanks

Paolo, it doesn’t, I thought as you because of the tracking code. What do you recommend?

    Hi Eduardo,

everything seems correct, the only thing wrong was in your prices where Google Analytics was disabled.

However changing that doesn’t make it work.

I asked to the developers to follow up. They’ll let you know on Monday.

    Thanks for your patience,

Try linking and unlinking the Google analytics account in GD settings, the authorised url might be the http one.

Hi Stiofan, I tried Deauthorizing and authorizing again but seems to stay the same way. Everything looks fine but just the stististics, even real time active users seems to be wrong.

    Thanks,
    Eduardo

    Hello,

You had the setting GD>General>Google Anlaytics>Add Google analytics tracking code to site?
Set to “No (if you already have tracking code added you should not add it again)” but i did not find it on your site so i set it to yes and it now seem to work.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
