When adding a new place, the map is not saving the location

    Hi,
    I’ve upgraded to V2. When adding a new place, I typed in the address and it shows on the map. I assign a category and save. For some reason the address keeps reverting back to the default location.

    Hi,
    I updated the theme and framework but am still dealing with the issue of trying to add a place in the backend. I can save the place with the correct address input and no errors. It will not show it on the map and defaults the location to Colorado.

    FYI: It appears that adding dummy data puts the listings on the map.

    Not sure what you mean by same field has same key. Can you please explain?

    Open the fields, on the custom fields tab, click on one of the fields and look for the part labeled “key”. Some of them are duplicated, but they must be unique.

    I’ve removed all duplicates but the address is still not saving. I was going to remove all fields and re-enter them, but I don’t see address as one of the fields to select to rebuild the form.

    Hi Adam, your issue is related to undefined fields only.

    I have removed and added few fields back.

    – geodir_video
    – geodir_special_offers

    and things working perfect now. please have a look.
