Hello,

I finally managed to import listings from a csv file (no easy feat!) and now I can’t find the imported listings. Please direct me to their location.

Please elaborate. I imported them and they aren’t in the directory. Please explain where they are and how to get them into the directory.

The import process is covered here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/import-export/#recommended

Once you have imported, if you are importing Places, then they can be managed at WP Backend – > Places -> All

Where are you getting stuck? Are you using GD import/export ?

How do I get them to populate the Places? I am using GD Import. They are in the folder on WP but they don’t show up in GD. The Import should appear in Places, no? If not, how do I get them into Places?

Hi merileads,

Thanks for your reply. I think you have not imported the listings correctly. Could you try “Exporting Test Listings” following the instructions here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/import-export/#faq and then, add some listings to the test CSV file, then reimporting it.

If it still doesn’t work, share your Website WP admin access here in private reply and we’ll test this directly on your end.
