Why does my import listings csv randomly stop

UPDATE

This problem continues for me on and off. The root cause of my issue was GD Booster. I had to deactivate the GD Booster plugin and then my problem went away for good.

Thanks for letting us know, i have never seen any one report that but i will keep an eye out for it in future, maybe disabling it during import and then reactivating it after could work for you.
