Every listings file I try to import randomly stops and I have to click the “Import Data Now” button again to continue. I tried a 10-row file and it stopped importing at row 8. What is happening?

    Hi there,

Please share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look. Also, please share the CSV file you’re trying to import. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

    Hi there,

Just tested it on your Website and I’m able to replicate it. I’ll forward this to a developer for a second look.

    Hi,

I have tested with Banks_Test-1.csv and it worked for me, all 10 listings successfully imported.

The file “Banks_Test-2.csv” attached has only one listing can you attach original csv file that has problem?
I have enabled log so you can try again from your site too. So it will log error in error log file.

    Let us know.

There has been a new development. The problem seems to be related to disk space on the server. the GD Booster cache folder filled the drive.

Once I made space on the web server, the import now runs for a few thousand records and then fails. So that is a big improvement.

Can you take a look at the error log and see if there is anything else causing the import to stop?

    Thanks!

There is nothing in the error log that seems related.
Try splitting the files into a few thousand and see if that helps.

    Hi There,

I did some testing by importing Banks_000009.csv with 10k listings and it successfully imported 1850 listings until i terminated the process.
It is the same CSV file that you are trying?

    Let us know.

Yes, it is the same file.

Today I was able to import approximately 14K remaining listings and it terminated only twice. I now have all my listings in the database, so I guess we can close this issue.
