wordpress noob needs help :-D

    hi lol
    im trying to learn wordpress
    im very good in normal scripting from ground to finish but i normaly dont use already made systems so its kinda hard for me atm

    it goes pretty good but, some things i dont get

    can someone help me to explain how to make plugins and such
    and how the add_ functions work

    i normaly never use this 🙂
    like i said im a wordpress noobie

    main problem atm is language files

    how does this work?
    how to create, and how to use them

    i want a multi language website, with 5 basic languages clickable by users

    i hope someone is willing to help me

    is there a list on where al the add_action parts are ?
    for example
    add_action( ‘geodir_after_description_on_listing_detail’, ‘geodirectory_detail_page_google_map_link’);

    says basicly after the description on the listing page
    but how does this script part know where that is

    please help me explain
    and ill make lots of plugins and such in future

    for the translation part, to do a multi language website you will need the plugin WPML. GeoDIrectory is fully compatible with it. https://wpml.org/
