Yoast %%In Location%% and other tags, how do they work?

Do the tags established for GEoDirectory like %%Location%% and In Location work natively in Yoasts area for Title Tag’s for providers. I searched the few threads I could find it and wasnt clear, although there does seem to be a bit of a work around, which was also not clear if it still even worked. Please let me know how I can properly setup Yoast with the tags GeoDirectory established
