April 21, 2017 at 3:53 pm #374610I keep getting the Geocode was not successful for the following reason: ZERO_RESULTS error and I need it to be fixed. Also, when I try to add some addresses it doesn’t put the pin in the correct location. You can try it here. http://mannabliss.com/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place April 21, 2017 at 3:59 pm #374612Hi arequimis, Please share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look. You can post the details here using the private reply option below. Thanks! The default location lat and lon coordinates where in the middle of Missouri instead of Florida. You had the option Enable multi country on, but the second 2 were set as enable default region and enable default city, which means that only listings in the default city could be added. I corrected them, let us know if now it works as you would expect. Thank you, April 21, 2017 at 6:47 pm #374633I tried an address that I was trying before but now I am trying another one and Im receiving the same error. The state and city drop downs are only showing Florida and a couple cities in Florida. What if I wanted to add 1548 Polk St, San Francisco, CA 94109? April 21, 2017 at 6:50 pm #374635Please refreh your page, you should see the country and region filed too now. What it seems not working is the auto completer for addresses. Did you generate the Google Maps API key with our tool or you added one you had already created. If the latter, please try to generate one with our tool in Design >> Map. Let us know, Thanks April 21, 2017 at 6:54 pm #374636I just generated a new one from Design >> Map and I am getting the same error. April 21, 2017 at 7:47 pm #374643Hi, I’m really sorry, I’ve seen this error more than once in the past, but I’m out of possible solutions. I asked to the developers to have a look at your website and follow up. Unfortunately they are all off already and the may reply only after the week end. Thanks for your patience, April 21, 2017 at 7:50 pm #374644Oh. Ok. Well that’s inconvenient. April 21, 2017 at 7:52 pm #374645It works well from the back end, so if you need to just add listings you can use this form instead: http://mannabliss.com/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=gd_place April 21, 2017 at 7:53 pm #374646The whole point is for the users to add them. April 21, 2017 at 8:27 pm #374649Yes I know and I’m sorry about that, the problem could be due to a conflict with another plugin. Do you want me to try and disable all non GD plugins to see if that is it? Nobody else reported this problem today, so it’s something specific to your website. Let me know, Thanks April 21, 2017 at 8:27 pm #374650Yes you can try. April 21, 2017 at 8:55 pm #374654Hi, yes it is a plugin, it’s EventOn that breaks our front end add listing form. I’d suggest to use our Event Add-on instead or if you wan to use that plugin, you’ll need to ask for support to its author. If you disable it, GeoDirectory will go back to working flawlessly. Thanks April 24, 2017 at 4:23 am #374987Hi arequimis, EventON Settings plugin also includes Google Maps API & its conflicts with our plugin. There is a setting under EventON Settings, so may be you can fix conflicts.
Choose setting at EventON Settings > Google Maps API > Choose “Disable Google Maps API” to YES > Tick “Google maps javascript file only (If the js file is already loaded with another gmaps program)”.
This may fix problem of tow Google Maps API.Thanks,
 Kiran
