I purchasedthis product because I thought you’d done a marvelous job. It seemed to be the best thing to happen to directories built for wordpress. but after owning it for two months, i still don’t how to get started and i have now lost my enthusiasm for it. the documentation is not helpful much. can you make any suggestions besides telling me “sorry no refunds you are on your own unless you hire a developer.”

any helpful pathway to at least making the thing functional would be helpful. or a refund.

If you explain in detail what you are trying to achieve, and post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply, we can get you started.
I know GD can be quite daunting in the beginning because it has so many options, but we’ll get you on the road if you like.
