    Hi

    I don’t seem to be getting notifications when a new listing is submitted, despite all options being set to ‘yes’ in notifications > site bcc options

    It was working fine up til yesterday, did the update break something?

    I just tested my dev site and everything worked fine, can anyone else confirm this is working or not?

    Seems to be working again now as suddenly as it stopped! Weird!

    Can you check your mail server log and see if there are any errors or if infact they are trying to be sent?

    Hi Stiofan,
    I’m sorry to keep posting on this topic, but I still have problems with email notifications when a new listing is submitted.

    I’ve already followed the instructions given by Paolo about New Users notifications:

    All other notifications are working fine thanks to Mail Bank. Just the New Submitted Listings notification are missing.

    Hi Gianni,

    it is best to start your own topic, resolved topics will get less attention.

    Your server is sending error

    SMTP Error: data not accepted.

    Please ask your server admin why.

    Thanks Stiofan, and sorry for posting here, I didn’t want to be redundant opening another topic with the same issue, but since now I’ll follow your advise.
    Thought the notification issue would be an easy fix, but I had to open a ticket with BlueHost support… waiting for them.
