    Hello.

    I have a few questions:

1.) I know that I cannot change the language of the Title and Description fields in the Add Listing page. But which template can I find this so that I can change it directly…?? e.g. instead of it saying “MyGym Title”, I want it to say “MyGym Name”. I did not find this in the .PO file in “/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-languages”. These are the first two fields that are displayed on the form and I have no control over them.

2.) If I have a link/URL field in the Add Listing page, how can I prepopulate the field to show “http://”…??? Now, even if I add it to “Default Value” it is not showing up on the front end. I realize that this can be done via some JS. Do you guys have some sample JS regarding this that I can use…?? (I am presuming this is quite a common feature that others may also want.)

3.) I have edited a couple of the text and uploaded the .MO file to

    /wp-content/languages/geodirectory/geodirectory-en_US.mo

But the changed text is not showing up. There is no caching plugin running on the site.

4.) More specific to #3 above, I cannot even find this text to edit in the .po file:

This is a preview of your listing and it's not published yet.
If there is something wrong then "Go Back and Edit" or if you want to add listing then click on "Confirm Preview & Go to Checkout".
You are going to pay $199.00 ( for each year ) & alive days are 365 as Premium - Crossfit listing.

Can you help with guiding me to where I can find this text to edit…??

    Thanks in advance.

    Thanks in advance.

    1) this can be done via core plugin translation file.

    2) by default you can’t pre-populate fields. You could possibly with Javascript.

    3) That would be in the payment manager translation file

    4) see n3 https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translating-addons/

    Thanks

    Appreciate the response Paolo.

Can you please tell me the location of the #1 and #3 files..??

I could not find the text for #1 in this file: /wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-languages

And for #3, would I need to install something extra or is it in a particular folder from where I can grab the payment manager translation file…??

    Thanks again.

    1) in the main po file. You will find them as %s title and %s description.

    3) this is in /plugins/geodir_payment_manager/geodir-payment-languages/geodir_payments-en_US.po

Let me know how it goes,

    Thanks
