thanks for the quick response. I updated everything in the live environment and configured autoptimze the way you recommend (even tried deactivating it). However, the error is still there.
But I noticed that it works if Hamburg is preselected when you open the form. How you could reproduce it from where you are at:
1. click “Hamburg Deutschland” entry in drop-down –> Country drop-down empties
2. follow the steps descibed above.
I also just noticed that my PHP error log shows many of the following entries:
