    hi Sir/Madam,

I just enabled the multi-ratings plugin. When I check my page using the Google Structured Data Testing tool, I am getting “Failed to normalize the rating value” error. Any suggestions on how to fix it? thanks,

    Peter

This is strange it seems to be failing to find the rating for one of the reviews, can you please provide FTP and i will debug this.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

    hi Stiofan,

Just want to be clear, are you asking for an ftp setup via cpanel?
I thought I already provided my admin password.

    hi Stiofan,
thanks for looking into it. the error went away per Google’s structured data tool.
Can you tell me what did you change?

When I test another page (see below), I do not see any review markup per Google’s structured data tool?
Is that intentional? How can I fix it?

    Hi Peter,

Replies were being assigned a review structure but had no rating so that was the cause of that.

Category pages don’t have review structured data only single items.

I made a small change in the core code, the change will be in the next release so no need to worry about it.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
