    Hey there,

I just renewed my membership, but i have a lot of custom PHP in my old version of WPGD. I am going to go through the PHP files and try to find all of it so I can save my changes before upgrading. I don’t want to do this every time there is a new update. Is it possible to save these changes somewhere else so I don’t have to worry about this? Please advise. I’m also looking for an expert to join our team for further development of our directory features. If interested, please contact me at [email protected]

    Thanks!

You should avoid customizing plugin files themselves.
Here are a few links that should assist to make your plugins upgrade-proof:

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/useful-plugins/#snippets
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-geodirectory-templates/

    Thanks
