    Hi Sir,

    I have add Geodirectory theme but now i am activate old Geotheme website not working even admin not working Please fix this asap. i am very disappoint your service

    Hi Erik,

    GeoTheme is no longer supported since June 2016. https://wpgeodirectory.com/geotheme-to-geodirectory/

    If you wish to move to GeoDirectory, we are here to assist you with anything that you are having problems with, but we cannot provide help for the old theme.

    I deactivated GeoTheme now from your FTP and you can access your website again.

    Let us know how you want to proceed.

    I tried and website hotspotsmiami.com still NOT working so frustrated please move to GeoDirectory, i bought the $199 plan please help all my other sites work fine tampahotspots.com nychotspots.com etc miami not working still!

    Are the websites all hosted on the same servers, with the same version of WordPress and same plugins?

    I don’t think so, because in this Miami website you are using the latest version of WordPress that is definitely not compatible with GeoTheme.

    To move from GeoTheme to GeoDirectory, you need to follow this tutorial. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/geotheme-to-geodirectory-conversion-tutorial/

    It is not something that we do for you as part of the membership. If you have any problems while converting from GT to GD, we are here to provide support.
