    Hello,

    I am currently developing the site http://www.letsgotoamed.com. Since yesterday, my maps no longer show the defined location. I tried to get the map cluster running first. This has not worked for Widget cards, for mapss inserted by a shortcode. Then everything worked with this restriction and I have not changed anything except that I’ve created some companies through the Social Importer.

    Now all my map will not be zoomed anymore and the focus is on a completely different region.

    Please help!

    Here are my settings for all map widgets and the shortcode I used on the homepage. But you have the access data now, so you are able to see it for yourself.

    Okay, it looks like your plugin isn´t compatible with the WordPress 4.8.3 Version. I restored to that point before I updated. And the Map works like before.

    So I´ll wait for the plugin Update before I update WordPress again. When is the plugin update available?

    Second, I have the map cluster running. Where I added the map with widgets it works fine. But on the homepage where I added the map with Shortcode the whole map is just blue if I insert the map cluster part into the shortcode.

    You have still my access data, so please can you check this for me?

    Hello!

    GD Plugins cannot be Network Activated.

    Please Disable Network Activation and re-enable from the child site.

    This should clear up the issues you are experiencing.

    The change (Deactivate Sitewide and Activate only for the Site I use) has not changed anything, the error persists. As mentioned above, I noticed that everything worked except the Map Cluster before updating to WP 4.8.3. Are there compatibility issues?

    Hello!

    If you want marker cluster on, then it needs to be set in your shortcode.

    Please review the shortcode. I updated it for you.

    I understand you have a lot to do. But please look at the map. It shows a completely different area than the defined location where our stores are listed. Only secondarily then comes the problem with the Map Cluster. First, the map should be displayed correctly again.
    I do not understand what triggered the change. Because first everything worked except the map cluster very well. Really without any restriction!

    Hello!

    The map shows all your locations on the screen with the map cluster working; that is what that shortcode does. You asked for the marker_cluster to work, and now that works too. Your shortcode was incorrect.

    You can adjust the shortcode with the options listed here:

    Please edit your home page and examine the shortcode to see the options there and adjust them as needed.

    I´m so sorry Alex, I found the issue. There were two entries in Jakarta. Since I believed all companies imported via social importers were in Bali. There have been errors in the addresses crept, I had not suspected.

    Now I played around with the map cluster again. Can it be that the map cluster only reaches from a certain zoom level? I would like to have level 12 or 13 and yet the Map Custer, because we have a lot of companies in a very small space. Is that possible?
