    Thanks for your reply. Could you please check the permalinks section of GD and see if you’ve setup the “Login page” correctly? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-permalinks/ . If not perform a “GD Pages Check” in GD Tools https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-tools/

    Thanks Kor! That did work. However, when I try to make an account and sign up, it sends me a link to my email to activate my account. When I click on that link, it shows me “page not found”. I’m not sure what’s going on with that?

    My permalinks seem to be okay. I still can’t activate accounts.

    Hi,

    I see the issue now.

    You are using BuddyPress. You will need to adjust the BuddyPress settings to achieve your goals there.

    GeoDirectory does not have a user activation feature.

    You can activate pending users, though, that is also a BP feature.

    I technically don’t need to use buddypress to accomplish what I need. I wasn’t able to by using GD, so I tried using buddypress instead. I just want businesses to be able to login from front-end and make a change to their listing.

    if you turn off BP, we can help you with the GD settings for the login page.

    My only issue is that I’m not able to access/change the listing information by signing into that account. I’m not sure how the front-end of the listing looks like or how to access that… where a ‘business owner’ is able to login and CHANGE a certain value of the listing.
