Hi support team,

after refund of double purchase of GD support yearly license, I am unable to update the last updates of GD core and with addons.

Could you please try deactivating and activating the license key and see if it helps?

At Plugins.
Also check to make sure you are using the correct licences.

Hi Guust,

thanks. This helped as I found out, that the license renew has changed the license codes in use. So I was requested to de-/re-activate all licence codes new and now it seems to work again.

You’re welcome. Membership renewal [of an existing membership] should not change the licences, but creating a new membership will change the licences. That is why I thought it worth to check.
