I want to change the theme of my geodirectory plugin, but do not want to change the current theme of my site. Is this possible?

    Hello,

the default WordPress functionality only allows one theme at a time, per site.

Maybe there is something we can do? Can you share the page URL and tell us what you would like to achieve there?

Sometimes we can provide an example that can help you get started with customizing your site with CSS.

A couple things you could try:

Move the widgets out of the Top widget area and into the upper part of the Content are to give them some padding on the side, or add some padding with CSS.

The Latest Places widget could be set to list mode to just show one entry per line.

What other things might you like to see on the page?

Can you walk me through how to do these things? I went through the settings and I couldn’t find these options.

These are settings adjustments that can be made in the WP Widgets page at:

    WordPress – Appearance – Widgets

The GD WIdget areas are described here:

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/

Visit the Widgets you already have and adjust the settings, refreshing the page to see the changes take effect.

Ok I saw that. Thank you.

Another question, how do I change my search bar so that it shows a drop-down menu.
