Double address input?

I have a wpgeodirectory site that all of a sudden has 2 areas to put the address. I have existing locations that are missing address field, and there are 2 maps now. What would be causing this?

Please install WP Easy Updates and make sure all addons are up to date: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/#updates

If that does not solve the problem, then post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look at your settings.
