    Hi,
I’ve imported places and events from .csv and copied images in the right folder.

Not any problem in front end (images are available), but in admin dashboard I can’t see images preview (see attachment).

    How could I solve ?

    Thank you

    Hi Simona,

Thanks for your post. It looks like broken image links. Kindly share your Website WP admin access here in private reply and we’ll guide you further with this.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Your plugins are out of date.

Can you please update GD and all your GeoDirectory addons?

You will need to install WP Easy Updates and licenses to make use of auto-udpate

    Hello,

    1. Maps errors – There is an error with your Google API key. You will need to authorize your URL.

Google Maps JavaScript API error: RefererNotAllowedMapError
    https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#referer-not-allowed-map-error

Your site URL to be authorized: https://*.sub.mydomain.com/*

This issue may be having an effect on several other items on the page. You should fix your key or switch to OSM so we can continue troubleshooting.

There are two additional problems, but we need to see your map errors disappear first, then with FTP we can continue troubleshooting.

Please make another private reply and include FTP details.

    We will then look into

    2. WP Easy Updates not showing licensing on plugins page

    3. gd_place not showing image thumbnails in backend (images were imported

    Hi Simona,

Regarding gd_place images thumb not showing in the backend after import, the extension is .JPG(CAPITAL) as it should be small because we have a condition in the plugin to check if the image has extension .jpg, .jpe, .jpeg, .png, .gif etc. all in small letters otherwise it will display image link same as in your case. So you will need to change the extension of all images to the small letter .jpg to fix.

    Regards,
    Patrik
