We had to set the following parameter on MYSQL
innodb_file_per_table
innodb_file_format = Barracuda
and had to alter your table by using this command
ALTER TABLE wp_geodir_gd_train_station_detail ENGINE=InnoDB ROW_FORMAT=COMPRESSED KEY_BLOCK_SIZE=8;
