Hi,
After a user adds new listing and pays for it, it still can be claimed by anyone. Could please tell what I did wrong? Thanks.

Please see the instructions for the Claim addon here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/claim/Specifically, there is a field to add “Is Claimed” that needs to be added to the listing Custom Fields.
February 26, 2019 at 7:17 pm #471299Hi Alex,

let me flag your topic for the developers to advise about next steps for triage. We haven’t seen this before and will need to do some debugging.
If you have FTP to share, please send that back. The developers will take a look asap.

March 2, 2019 at 5:54 am #472006Hello majaxlt,
I have done some debugging by creating test listing. I can’t find any issue.
If user creates & pay for a listing from front end then it should have ticked “Claim Listing” field if user want to set listing as a claimed.
If user leave unticked “Claim Listing” field then event after successful payment listing is allowed for claim.I have done:
– Create listing from front end(claim listing ticked) > Saved > Checkout with Pay By Bank Transfer.
– From backedn WooCommerce > Orders > Order > Marked as Completed
– Now i see my listing is published & claimed.Claim listing also depends on settings GeoDirectory > Settings > Claim Listings > Settings > Auto approve on payment received?
Let us know.
Thanks,
KiranMarch 2, 2019 at 6:03 am #472007Hi,
I just tested again ant issue still exists. Please check my latest listing ( testest ). It’s marked as paid and “claimed” but still can be claimed by anyone at front end. Button “Perimti Skelbima” means Claim this listing.
March 2, 2019 at 6:24 am #472009This reply has been marked as private.March 2, 2019 at 6:32 am #472010Is Claimed checkbox is hidden from users cause it won’t make no sense for a user to tick this box and it’s set to “checked” by default at CPT settings. So when a user adds new listing, it should be automatically set as claimed yes?
What I did :
1. Logged in with my second account.
2. Added new listing ( can’t select it’s claimed or not, cause this setting is hidden from users )
3. Chosen bank transfer payment method.
4. Logged in with admin account and changed payment status to PAID.
5. Reviewed listing to make sure it’s claimed – “Is claimed” box is ticked.
6. Listing went live but still can be claimed by anyone. -
