Contact form (ninja-form) doesn't work on the Places pages

The standard contact form doesn’t work on the Places pages. For example http://carmel.wp4u.tech/contractors/bathroom-remodel-1/west-central-contracting/
The form is shown on the widget (in the admin), but not on the page

Now I added another form for these pages. But it doesn’t suit me. Can you help me, please?

Having 2 contact forms on the same page could create conflicts. If you provide admin credentials in a private reply we’ll have a look at your settings.

Hi Denis,

Thanks for your reply. I’ve checked your Website without logging in and it works fine. I’m able to submit details on the forms as shown in the attached screenshot.

The integration to send to the listing email only works when you use the GD Ninja Forms element.

Alex , I know it. But why my GD Ninja Forms doesn’t show on the listing page?

I see the contact form button and if I click it I see the form.

Not sure what you are expecting instead.
