Hi Guys,
A quick heads-up. We sold another listing today, and for some reason it did not contain an expiration date. It looks like something went wrong with this one, and the expiration date is “unknown” even though the customer paid the invoice.
This has not happened before, so perhaps it is a one-time anomaly. Just wanted you all to be aware.
Thanks!

Thanks for your post. Could you share your Website WP admin access here in private reply so that we could check on it?

Was Invoicing and the Pricing Manager active at the time?
Does it happen to new listings added from the front now?
Were your gateways in test mode at the time?I just added a listing that completed the payment process and it works OK. Please check.
Thanks

Yes, listings that are added from the frontend, and paid, no longer contain an expiration date. The expiration is set to ‘Unknown’. This started happening sometime between 5/15 and 5/21. Used to work fine before that, bot not since. We cannot add listings from the backend, because they do not get saved for some reason. Was Invoicing and the Pricing Manager active at the time?
Yes, everything has been active (as far as I know). We are having this issue with all new listings.Does it happen to new listings added from the front now?
Yes, this is the problem. It affects all new listings that are added and paid. We cannot add listings from the backend. Were your gateways in test mode at the time?
We have tried adding listings in test mode and the expiration is unknown. However, we also sold 2 listings (live payments) and the expiration is also unknown.May 27, 2019 at 10:20 pm #489387The test listing you added has an expiration date of “Never”, but you are using the Standard Listing package which is for 1 month. Should the expiration date not be 1 month from today?
That’s how it worked up until recently, then all new listings started showing ‘Unknown’ or ‘Never’ for the expiration.

May 27, 2019 at 10:29 pm #489392Thanks Guust.
Then my best guess is that this too is a Stripe issue. I say this because my listings do not show “Never”, they show “Unknown”, and they used to show the current date + 1 month.
Please see the two screenshots attached.
First shows the date that used to appear on listings.
Second shows what we see now from admin panel.
May 27, 2019 at 10:38 pm #489396I guess the question is, does it matter if the expiration date is “unknown” or “never”. Will it matter when it comes time to renew these listings?
May 28, 2019 at 1:21 pm #489489If date is “unknown” or “never” and listing status is publish then no need to renew because this listing will never expired.
