Imported bad data want to start over

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Due to errors in my import csv I have created some garbage regions and cities. There were other errors as well and I need to clear the data base and reload.

    What is the best way to do that without loosing my categories and menus?

    By clearing the data base I mean delete all places including their taxonomies.

    You might be better off to export and re-import: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#import
    And clean up your cities (before exporting, then you will not have to do them again): https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-merge-locations/
