pop-up doesn't show info

my problem is easily explained if you look at this 2 second video (just too big too attach here unfortunately)

or if you go to our site http://translabwendkaart.be/ and click on one of the icons on the map (for instance the house icon or the apple icon)

please let me know how this can be fixed, so that it shows at least the name of the place (and ideally that you can click through to it’s detail page!)

We have previously fixed that issue, perhaps it is back again. Please check to make sure you are running the latest.

If we need to check the settings please share wpadmin in a private reply.
