Updating WP Geodirectory is causing the whole website to crash

    Hi,

    I tried to update WP Geodirectory tonight and update all the licence keys etc. when I ran the Geodirectory update it crashed the whole website.
    Also, the directory was no longer displaying before this. Is there anyone who can have a look and see what’s going on here?

    My website is restoring so I cannot login right now to see which version I was updating from and to.

    We can take a look and see, sure. Please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply with login URL so we can check the settings. If we need to debug, please also include FTP credentials.

    Hi whatsgoodtodo,

    Thanks for your reply. It looks like you’ve reverted it back to v1 and it’s probably not restored properly. Could you check with your hosting provider and see if they have another backup history of your site that works previously? If not, you’ll have you to reconfigure the GD on your Website.

    Is there another problem?

    For the plugin updates, you can manually updates those by downloading them from the site here. Here are some instructions about how to do that:
