    this looks like a theme or plugin conflict.

    Please try to narrow down the issue by attempting this conflict test:
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/troubleshooting/#conflict-test

    Try switching to another theme to see if the issue persist and let us know what you find.

    It may help if you have a staging site for debugging.
