    Hi guys,

One of my GD plugins will no longer update saying that my license has expired.

I switched from a 4 month license to a 12 month licence in OCtober. I added my new licence key under Extensions > Membership as advised and my domain is active on my account.

However, the plugins have had the old licence key which is no longer valid and it’s blocking the update.

    Can you help me please?

    Thanks,
    Dave

Try deleting the plugin and reinstalling from the extensions panel.

We have some changes planned, but for now the extensions panel is not retroactive, meaning, it will work with a membership key for addons installed with that key from the panel.

Ok thanks, so just to confirm…

I should delete the individual add-on, not the core GD plugin, and then reinstall the addon from the Extensions panel?

    Thanks,
    Dave

Simplest would be to log in to https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/ to get your new license.
    De-activate the current license.
    Replace with the new license.
    Activate the license.
    Thanks

    Hi Guust,

Tried that, but the new licence for my 12 month membership won’t work on each individual plugin. Says it’s invalid.

It’s active in the membership extension.

Alex – can you please confirm my previous message that, that is what you’re suggesting?

    Thanks,
    Dave

You need to use the new license for the plugin, not the membership license.
The membership license is only for the membership tab.
Or you can do what Alex suggests after you added the membership license at the membership tab.
In that case make sure you have not set data to be deleted when deleting the addon. Have a look at GD > Settings > Uninstall.

    Thanks
